Not really. Seth felt disrespected. She doesn't feel like they meant to disrespect him. That's an actual answer. A politician would talk about abortion or immigration instead.
@@samsepiol05590 are you kidding? I’m not going to get into a political debate here over wrestling, but Joe Biden has not been asked a hard question since he took office. What kind of ice cream are you eating? Softball after softball. Trump does not dodge any question. I’ve seen the difference in the Townhall meetings about the questions that have been asked. you can hate the guy all you want to, but you definitely are disconnected from reality
Damn, at least Trump would answer. But Biden starts to answer and goes "abahbiseeeeh" and his brain just shuts off and his handlers try to usher him away from the public so he can go sniff some children. @@samsepiol05590
She was actually pretty up front. “He felt disrespected, but the company wasn’t going outta its way to be disrespectful”. The world, or Punk’s deal, doesn’t revolve around Seth’s approval.
I love how Ariel does these worked shoot interviews for WWE to help his old agent. These aren’t rookies. Even if they didn’t know Punk was coming they’re going to react on the way that will make them the most money
@@smoovedudetv6153The TV networks only air the shows.. WWE produces 100% of their own content.. Also, Punk is back on an active contract, he's just injured AGAIN at the moment.. He's about to feud with Drew once he's ready.. he may not even really be injured🤷 probably just acting for an excuse to keep him off the mania card because they had no spot for him.
She spoke the truth though! N I agree her husband may had felt disrespected but like she said it wasn’t done to intentionally disrespect him! We sometimes think of ourselves as the universe and feel things are done to us deliberately although not the case at all
So according to Cody they told him Punk was coming that night but they fail to tell Rollins and McIntyre yeah that's disrespectful because you know they dont like him
That's not really fair, Cody was in a completely different place than the other two for most of the day. Cody had also worked with Punk recently and knew more about his behavior backstage from before Cody had left AEW. They weren't just telling him they'd made a decision, they needed his input on whether it really was a viable idea. If Punk had just been causing problems for no reason at the other company and didn't have genuine grievances, then Cody is pretty much the only one that was there at the time who would have known
I remember reading the main event group was told before the match. Becky is likely working here. Seth reacted the way he did because it was a work. This ain't AEW.
They may very well have real issues, the real pretense here is acting as if Seth wasn't aware Punk was there and his reaction was genuine. It's all a work.
Exactly if not up to Seth when punk returns or how the whole point of keeping it a secret is so that it would actually be shocking which it was there were only a handful of people that knew
In hindsight, it’s a smart move. Cody had shown he could handle gorilla and being in a position of having to make these decisions based on business. So Paul trusted that him with that information, but there is no telling how Drew or Seth would have reacted if they were told before the match and judging from their reaction after, I’d say he made the right call.
While I don’t agree with Seth, his reaction may have also come from a place of feeling some professional disrespect. They told Cody and Randy that Punk was coming back. Those guys are the top echelon stars. They DIDN’T tell Seth, yet he was the World Heavyweight Champion. There may be a subtle message of “You’re not important enough to know this” or “We don’t trust you with this.” From that standpoint, I can understand being upset when Seth has wanted that top spot his whole career.
Literally the ONLY wrestler who knew was Randy Orton. And Triple H told him the absolute second before he walked out thru the curtain for the match 😆 Said it at Wrestlemania weekend @ WWE World in the Philadelphia Convention Center Saturday. Was hilarious too how he told it.
Nah I think this is a work. I am sure both Seth and Drew know that Punk is good for business and he excels at making other superstars look good. Punk even said when he spoke to Triple H he told him he is not interested in stealing someone's spotlight. And one of Punk's interests has always been contributing creatively with WWE (which 10 years ago was always neglected). With Triple H things are different now and Punk is a different guy now. So I expect a lot of good things from his signing.
Rollins knows how punk works. You all know punk is getting around the same if not more pay. Seth knows better too, punk is a hell of a talker, but the guy does less matches then Roman due to injuries.
This era's guys enjoy a healthy environment and take it for granted. CM Punk was one of those people who fought really hard for that environment and that's why he left. He bad mouthed WWE while he was away for that environment. It was this toxic environment he bad mouthed, not the workers there. All those guys that give him a hard time now are just ungrateful privileged people and I'm pretty sure they are also afraid that CM Punk will steal their spotlight, just because he is better than almost all of them.
See the thing is, the WWE will be there when Seth and Becky are gone and will move on without them. They're just mad they can't get to his level no matter how hard they try. Ask anyone who punk is snd you might get an answer alot, but you say Seth Rollins and no one but gans will know
This is fair! Doing what's best for business and continuing making all these ppl feel disrespected all the way to multiple banks!... better then starving on the street being disrespected
No they are upset because Rollins and McIntyre didn't like punk, and they don't have to but Rollins is so professional that he still worked with punk so I respect the hell out of him
@@damo.r apparently Rollins and Drew both hang out with Punk outside of work, so the hate either didn't actually exist, or they got over it. Drew was more mad about his contract than Punk. But yeah, the main thing is this ain't AEW and all three of them see the money potential here.
@@damo.r nah I don't think there's heat between them... The promo punk Rollins and drew cut before wm was just them having fun... It all seems like a work
@@levisamom5069 I dunno about drew but I'm pretty sure Seth mentioned before punk returned that he didn't like him I'm not sure now maybe they squashed it ,I hope so anyway they all are phenomenal competitors
Idk if he ruined randy ortons return by upstaging him, but it was pretty iconic. I thought it was great that randy had a great return and cmpunk coming out after was good timing. They both had huge pop but orton definitely got a little overshadowed by punk.
The funny thing is 😂 punk was the big dawg before they came in the company punk walked out ,was sued , won his case, AEW made name again in a short space of time by having issue's backstage spoke the truth on many occasions we fans saw it because he called wwe got the job because the company didn't tell these Two guys he was coming back they are upset for makes you if AEW has EVP's why not the WWE 😂😂😂😂
I don’t understand why Seth is mad. I’m taking CM Punk over Seth all day he needs to relax. CM Punk is a Suuper Legend that has done a lot for the company, Seth and his goofy outfits can take a back seat again for a little bit ctfu
seth is a baby. his hero punk left the company and more importantly left seth. seth took over the mantle punk left and now punk is back he is having a fit.
