yeah well, I got covid so I had all the free time in the world, so might as well do it. I enjoy the process and y'all seem to enjoy the product so I'm happy :)
also, if you try it out, you'll see that against no bravery points opponents, it does over 14K dmg, which is enough to actually ToD low health characters. So I could have written "ToD" if I indulged myself but I went for "quasi-ToD" for more transparency. Sounds like I missed the mark regardless but hey, it is what it is. Cheers!
thanks! I had barely even played GBVS so I don't really have that point of comparison. In any case, GBVSR is quite a cool game, I hope you're enjoying it as much as I am. Cheers!
This is much appreciated, it makes my day, thank you very much. I hope you enjoyed the guide and stay tuned for some more content. I have recorded footage for Avatar Belial, I just need to put it all together for the next video. Cheers!
I'm kinda new in the fighting games space, but i love belial, and i wanted to give it a go, but can you splain the number before the letters? Lihe 5h, i get that h is heavy, but what does the number mean?
Excuse my ignorance on the subject but what do you mean by 5H, 214H because I understand that they are buttons but I don't understand what they correspond to since I started playing from this chapter and I use the controller can you tell me where I can find a guide for the commands and what they want say? because I would really like to learn to play. Thank you
That's a great question. In short, it's called "numpad notation". Just imagine, or literally look at, a long keyboard at its right-most side. It has nine numbers, so you can essentially imagine that each number indicates a direction. So for example: 4 is back, 6 is forward, 2 is down, 3 is down-forward. Therefore, 214 = down, down-back, back or the same thing as a quarter-circle back motion but in a numerical language that can be understood by everybody regardless of whether they speak English or not. Hope that helps :) Here's a visual to make it even clearer: www.reddit.com/r/JojoHFTF/comments/dc77nk/heres_a_guide_to_numpad_notation_for_new_players/
and in this game, L = light, M = medium, H = heavy, and U = universal special button. So 236M = quarter circle forward + medium button. I will try to include those in the descriptions since there are likely other viewers who would benefit from this explanation as well.
yes, that's actually the next guide comin' up! My day job has resumed so it might take me a little more time to upload these guides but I'll do my best. Cheers!
I do like Avatar Belial very much. I always love high-damage characters in every fighting game I play. Thanks for your suggestion. Again, making no promises. I'll see what I can do. Cheers!
