I do that even when I know I'm telling the truth lol. Gotta make sure they believe me haha

I do that when I think someone doesn’t believe me, but only when I’m telling the truth. I don’t care if someone doesn’t believe a lie, I care if they think I’m lying when I’m not!!!

That's why when I lie I just say the lie without anything else to explain

Profesional liers can lie to you very calm and cold.

This kind of stupidity by law enforcement is exactly why you should never talk to them without a lawyer present. They decide these things, not based on evidence, but by how you "look". They decide you're guilty, then collect evidence to prove it, instead of the other way around. Just imagine the field day a defense attorney would have if they went to court and the officer said "Well, he sounded guilty, so I arrested him." Anything you say can and will be used against you.

As someone who gets misunderstood a lot, I tend to over explain and it probably comes off as insincere 😅

I'm naturally verbose and use lots of words and stories - that's my communication style - and I am way way more likely to try hard with someone I love - especially if they are off base with me - or the relationship is at risk. I am also dedicated to truth and would say that's my highest value.

People think I’m lying when I’m telling the truth. I Get nervous in groups of three or more people. Its too many minds for focus.

I'm opposite to this because I'm very detailed with my explanation and if I'm withholding info then I shut my mouth, because chances are, once you get me started, I'm a goner lol! Study your person, some of us are different.

Can be anxiety. Also could be due to a pause word. I start most sentences with “Honestly” or “to tell the truth” I’m not lying but at some point I learned that if I need to say something but have not formed my response yet, saying that fills enough time.

I'm generally verbose, even when I'm telling the truth. As a Black woman, I'm used to getting gaslit, so I try to dot my Is and cross my Ts with a lot of words.
