1. Move ur body daily 2. Learn to say no. Don't say yes to each and every craving 3. Don't see weighing scale daily. Fitness task list. If you don't enjoy fitness you cannot survive it. 1 month 4. Don't bring junk food at home. 5. Meditation. Being mindful of stuff.. including food etc. Beginning 10..15mins 6. Learn to cry. Or journaling or meditation thinking about all pain in your life. 7. Social relationships. Work life balance 8. Sleep. Makes patterns strong. Focus on sleep factors.
To start meditation , begin with guided meditations, one can try art of living guided meditations or Isha Kriya Meditation etc. Soon you start craving for more since the kick that you get with meditation, cannot be compared to anything. Further, if you start eating fresh and raw food, which are easy to digest and if you keep yourself relaxed, your sleep quota will be reduced as per Sadhguru.

The most relatable part for me was the crying section. I had consciously set a notion in my mind that I won't cry about few months ago but then instead I started diary writing and that really helped.... Also I feel if you go and try some basic heart chakra meditation, that too could be beneficial, atleast for me personally it was. Correct me if I'm wrong :)
