Absolutley loving these workout videos. Would it be breaking trade secrets to have someone from the coaching staff give us a bit of an overall view of where each workout fits into the plan for the coming 6-12 months? Clearly you are in something of an endurance phase at the moment - plenty of tempos and hills etc. - but what's the goal? Olympic trials? Any idea when you might next race?
Hey spence this cross country season sucked I had a concussion for 2 weeks then I had a it band steam from 2 a days and putting too much pressure on it it’s been rough I’m running now and In a bad mental spot any advice
Wow you should be really proud of yourself to even be running right now! Honestly I think most people would just quit the whole season. I would say just do as best as you can for this season. And get ready for a new season in track. I'm not Spencer for sure lol but I have to give you kudos on even getting back to running! I hope you feel better soon!!
