I am planning to apply for a pre-license course, trying to find a good price course. But after seeing your vid, I am thinking again. My family is in deep debt so looks like it is better to find a handy job first to earn some money quick before stepping into a real estate path, which needs to pay out first and can take months to earn something. Yeah I wouldn't recommend going into real estate with a debt cloud over your head. It's going to cause too much stress. Maybe consider getting a job in real estate so you can learn the business then go full-time once you've done that.

Don't know if it's helpful, but Keller Williams now has a free program that meets the course requirement. It might vary by state, but it's called kscore.
