Ben and I rented electric bicycles in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica, and had a complete blast! Shout out to Nampi Bikes and Ricky for taking care of us, the service was fantastic and I highly recommend renting some bikes from Nampi.

Nice video! Great that you got some nee equipment. A little unrelated, but have you used the health care system there at all? if so, how does it compare to Cape Breton with ER visits/Dr appointment wait times?

I bet you can get them way cheaper if they got an alloy frame instead of wooden, and if they don't got such expensive parts like the Fox fork. That alone goes for around $1,000. You can also convert a regular bike with an electric bike kit, they're about $400 on eBay give or take

I’ll be down in Santa Teresa for three weeks in June and I want to rent an electric bike. Do they have an actual shop there or did they just rent from a stand on the side of the road?

They have a shop, check the link in the description, I think it takes you to their IG page. It’s fairly easy to find.
