Becoming Dr Dre, Ice Cube, and Eazy-E in "Straight Outta Compton" 

in the movie theres a scene where ice cube says hes got a kid on the way, the guy saying the line IS the kid that was on the way

All 3 of them had great performances in the movie.. killed it

They should have shown more of Ren and Yella because they were a big part of the group too. Ren wrote a lot of lyrics for N.W.A. The actor who played him was sexy as hell too.

The actor who played Easy-E did an amazing job. He had me in tears like I was watching Easy himself in the hospital. I really struggled with that scene, just because it was so real. Amazing talent

I feel bad that this movie probably won't get nominated for an oscar when it obviously deserves it and the people obviously love it.

Great movie, glad they didn't feed into the Hollywood bullshit and actually did it right

They made Dr Dre (and Cube somewhat) look like such a standup guy, portraying him as such a "perfect" and cool dude. They skipped out a lot of important stuff to N.W.A's journey, like the woman journalist Dre beat (over her and cube's interview) and his and Eazy's beef. Also they made Eazy look like such a low life weakling. Broke and stupid, not properly showing the fact he made multiple solo albums and songs AND him finding Bones Thugs and Harmony.

Producer: “do you guys free style at all?” Ice cube jr. : 😂 “Not for free”

If you're great at something why do it for free?

I already knew most of N.W.A's history, obviously there was some stuff I didn't but when we seen eazy trying to rap boyz in the hood, it felt like we was actually in the studio laughing not just watching a movie, if course when he died it felt like I knew him forever and it sucked.

Legit when he said "no one was gonna tell him how to live his life" I got a brief flash back, people were a lot more mature and real back then. You had different people with different attitudes because they were actually original and themselves! I miss how some people were hardcore in those days when they said things like, "what you staring at?!" or when they scuffed someone's shoe and that would trigger a fight! It was dangerous as fuck back then too but it made everything more enjoyable

I loved this movie! Loved all of the actors they did such a excellent job! 💯The scene were O'shea Jackson Jr. says that he has a baby on the way which is him is so mind boggling. Also, must have been cringe for him to play opposite someone who is supposed to be his mom in real life 😂😂

It must've been pretty difficult and a lot of pressure for the guy who played Eazy E to be the only one to not have the actual person to talk to about their life. I think he nailed it though, the best he could. I really wanted to see this movie because I was mostly curious about Eazy E's life. I was pretty young when he died, but I do remember his beef with Dr. Dre. It seemed like he was gone before I could really start liking and understanding him as an artist/person. He was intriguing though, and I liked his voice.

All three of these guys are amazing actors. If you want to see some great acting just watch "Straight Outta Compton", that movie is amazing. Well written, well directed; great acting; great editing; amazing soundtrack; perfectly cast.
