Sure, but also why would you want to be around people who only treat you kindly if you’re attractive? You can’t control how others treat you but you can control your environment (for the most part). You don’t actively need to be spending time with people who only value you as a person based on what you look like.

I felt this! But I would say to break out of this you gotta KNOW YOURSELF. You already lowkey figured out what you gotta do it’s just about seeing it through. & always remember BE AUTHENTIC. Be genuine! It pays in the long run… I’m telling you. You’d be surprised how many people are NOT GENUINE !

And I’m slowly learning that people’s intentions are not pure, and it hurts. But as long as I feel like I’m genuine to myself it’s all that counts

I FELT EVERY PART OF THIS VIDEO, especially the part of boundaries, i literally lost all my friends cos i finally started having boundaries when i turned 25, i guess not everyone was meant to finish the journey with us, but tbh am glad i believe they weren't meant to be in this next chapter of my life, better now than realizing this later,

Go to the places that inspire you and you will meet like minded people so you dont have to struggle to fit in but also becar2ful I trying to not just say or I vibe with this person. Because not every vibe is healthy. They might turn our to be horrible. For the most part dont rush the finding new friends process. Just be yourself first. Understand you and everything else will follow in due time

Yes, really needed this because I’m 25 and I do not like my appearance and that’s due to the fact that I don’t like my body and I know it’s something I can change but I’m lazy 😩 so I feel in order to step into my womanhood I need to gain confidence and it starts with loving my body first. I rebuke the spirit of laziness

you *are* not lazy, you are being lazy right now. but laziness is not your identity. you can make change and can make change now. just sit in a quiet place, maybe put a song that gets you in a flow (i usually start with the song tajdar e haram, it's a spiritual song so sets me in right mood) and start from scratch. think of it as a prayer to god, say to god why you feel you are miserable, first address your worries. and then start visualising from now on, exactly from where you are, what small changes u can do to lead to ur desired state. and visualise urself doing them, visualise ur hurdles clearing up one by one. finish the visualisation as the song ends. open your eyes, thank god, and start taking just the next right step you can take. you can do it!

Beautiful video, just had a break up after 5 years and was looking for some uplifting videos, I turned 25 two months ago and I've always wanted my 25th year to be the year I finally move into my woman hood, surprisingly this was also the year I felt like I was depressed for the first time in my life, also made the most money this year, but I still felt like something was missing, I look at myself and I feel like a complete mess, I hate the way I look, I have so many dreams, aspirations and things I want to do, but I couldn't just get myself to do them, I'm hoping with this break up, I can finally break free from that cage and look and feel the way I really want to

Girl we are in the same boat, I’m 24 Turning 25 next month and was forced to move back with my parents and I’m also broke. But thanks god I found a fantastic job that I love and where I can grow, I am looking at life now with positivity.
