I’m in the pre op stage, surgery scheduled for August so my 3 things are to help me prep for what’s to come… 15-20 minutes of strength training, track daily eating, 64 oz of water
Oh my, I'm also scheduled for August. If you want a surgery buddy, you can send me a message. I think it could be nice to have someone to talk to someone that goes through the same thing in real time.
I had to stop halfway through and say how much I needed this. I am 9 weeks post op from bypass surgery. This resonated with me beyond what I can explain. ❤
I was doing one of my three while watching this video. Deep conditioning and treat my hair. Step up my overall grooming Daily walks 4-5 per week with the goal of eventually reaching twice per day five days per week Be more consistent with taking care myself. Bonus stay on top of my reading
I adore you! I did the scripting as well - I still do when I’m practicing lessons plans - to see if it’s even doable lol! Strange crazy weird - I feel like maybe not! Anyway your vids keep me inspired! I’m going to Disney in 11 days and I’m 28 lbs lighter than I was this time last year! No surgery yet….
This is so exciting! I love that you script, too. Start doing it for the excitement you want to embody in Disney! Bring your BEST self there and watch the magic unfold! Have so so much fun. xoxo
@@BariTaleCoaching I love this! Oh yes I do! I’ve started to plan my outfits and even put them together in packing mode! I’m a fan of Character t’s (Stitch, Ariel, Tinkerbell, Figment) and scrub pants! I also bought a pair of size 12 shorts and I fit into them really well! (Curvy fit) but hey I found them at Dillard’s and I’m super happy!!!!! But for the plane scrub pants for the win!
I have been following you since before my weight loss surgery. I am 17 days out from a mommy makeover. My question is, did you have to have plastics after your weight loss?
