The finishing of the houses is amazing, Kenyan Landords ought to take note. This is the future! Though it is affordable, the 1 BR feels so small and claustrophobic . There is literally no space to even move around in the room. Not to mention the living room/ ‘open plan’ kitchen.
This listing is the 2nd best studio apartment I have come across.So chic and ideal for minimalists. I am glad landlords are setting the bar for luxury and affordable. Great job team Spot On!
The idea is great but the execution is lacking in our real estate, that's not a kitchen honestly on the one bedroom at all, it's literally an afterthought space near the toilet.
The studio apartment takes the day for me, my turn off for the one bedroom is just where the kitchen and bathroom area are placed open plan kitchen space would have been bigger at least...good stuff though
I really love how the apartments look, very beautiful. Am glad the walls were white instead of the usual cream and multicolored explosion most apartments have and very affordable. I always enjoy every new find you guys show case. Keep up the good work.
If they can get all units fully booked the ROI will be huge. Everything is so tiny. Na ati huku ni Ruiru? Wth. Heri Njoroge finishes instead of skimping out on space this hard. These are hostels not apartments.
Melvin The filming, the production, presentation - excellent! Now to the house, finishing is amazing. No crazy colours, just neutral perfection. But I have to say the 1b is tiny - the bedroom is soo small it just about fits a bed. But the prices are sooo fair especially for this kind of finishing. This landlord is setting the standard because for too long we’ve become used to mediocrity.

The studio apartment is AMAZING! Key card access, cctv, parking, rooftop terrace, the shower is not above the toilet and only for 14K! Love them. Beautiful finishes and very well built. The landlord has done a really good job!
Great place but those sliding windows usually come with a mesh on one side so when you open the window, you still keep bugs out. Love that the Kenyan flats are catching up with good designs, finishing and functionality. We still need to work on separating the shower area with the toilet. Anyway, great job guys.

This is a classic example of majoring on minors; way too much attention paid on aesthetics -which is top notch by the way- but zero attention paid on creating an actual liveable space. This is hotel room space and life converted to home living and it's juuuust not practical. A for stellar interior design and affordable rent but E for practicality

The rooms are small but they have elegant finishing and very good security. The overall look of the house is inviting and very inspiring in terms of housing in Kenya. Also because there were no instant showers what is the electricity bill payment method?
The architects and contractors behind such beautiful structures should market themselves on your platform, I loved the finishing, the space too small though
Nice concept, good finishes but the spaces are too tiny.. The bedsitter could be slightly bigger coz there's no space to even place a table.. I wouldn't go for 1 bed the idea is good but not well executed.
The studio apartment kinda feels less claustrophobic in comparison to the 1bdr one. Oh and that rooftop oasis is breathtaking, maybe a pool or jacuzi and a BBQ area would complete it😜. nice house tour🥳
