These are some really quality houses with some quality balconies. 35k for a one bedroom of that quality seems reasonable. I however feel like 60k for the 3 bedroom is grossly exorbitant.... You should go to Redhill apartments next, just past Ruaka. They have dope apartments as well.

Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment, tastefully decorated and the finishings are high end. It's also nice to be able to see the green space and not just the building across the way, from the balcony. The only things missing are a proper dining space as one doesn't always want to eat at the counter & a slightly wider/deeper balcony so one can arrange a relaxation space outside. The 3 bedrooms has the space that I like and also a specified dining area. You don't mention laundry so am not sure if there is a common laundry space in the building. It would be better at these prices to have laundry in the units themselves. But overall these are beautiful spaces.

Those apartments looks really cool but damn, those prices though!!! Nairobi is crazy expensive!!! This would be cool for Airbnb or something. I personally discovered that small towns out of Nairobi offer the best value for money, especially if you're a youth, working your way up.
