Robin was my favorite Bee Gee. His voice transcends all time and dimension. Never will we hear another voice like Robin's again. He lives on in YT where we can see the videos and hear his voice over and over again.

I always had a soft spot for Robin. Along with his brothers, he was a musical genius. Stars must have been queueing up to record one of their songs. My heart goes out to his family, especially Barry who has lost 3 of his brothers. What a heavy burden to bear. ❤❤❤❤

The Bee Gees music took us through heartbreaks, joy, love and happy memories. It has been more than 30 years since my teenage years- the music brings back so many fond memories with my friends. I have lost so many friends and family to this evil disease. Robin, you fought it like a lion in the winter. May God take you into his Kingdom. R.I.P Robin!
Cancer has taken so many of us! I pray for all those suffering with it! I am 62 and fighting Leukemia and am in remission. God Bless Barry and the families of the Bee Gees as they cope with such a lose!

I remember early on when I was wheeled down for my full body x-ray to a small waiting room, I saw a young girl, about 15 or so, no hair on her head and curled up in a fetal position with tears coming down her face and as the orderly wheeled her passed me she looked at me and gave a small smile and a little wave with her hand. It broke my heart and it gave me strength to go on. I often think of that young girl and I pray she is well now. Thanks for listening. I pray Barry has found that same strength to press on and go on living.
When I heard I immediately went to 'I Started a Joke'. His vibrato/warble is still so amazing and truly puts the final touches on this song. Hard to have anyone else sing this song, much like Carl Wilson and 'God Only Knows'.
When i was young, Bee Gees is one of my favorite bands in history and until now 3 brothers of Mr. Barry Gibb are gone,they are still in y heart.I love Bee Gees so much

its 2018 and I just learned that Robin Gibb is the singer behind Boys do fall in love 😄 I've been listening for this song for almost 30 years and its one of my favorite song.. Thank you Robin for such a master piece and legacy you left for us to treasure. Very happy and upbeat song. long live the 80's.

When they told me God took my 17 year old daughter who died from leukemia because he needed another angel in heaven, I told them I would never bow down to a God that was so cruel.. Now I've studied the Scriptures and know exactly why my sweet daughter died.. God didn't take her. She isn't in heaven.. She's in the grave awaiting the resurrection , just like Jesus promised. Then she'll live on the New Earth - Paradise - just like Adam and Eve were given, but lost because of their disobedience to God. The god they worship isn't the TRUE GOD.. The one I worship is.. But they never listen to me. Too bad preachers are so ignorant to scripture ..
@@johnmark1742 The early church didn't teach the Trinity until the 3rd century,. From that time to this day, it has been taught by Christian theological schools and universities. Every doctrine the First Church has adopted has been included in theological studies. The majority of worshippers disagreed with the Trinity theory, however, by it being adopted by the Church, it was required in order to be a member in good standing. Failing to include all doctrine made one's worship incomplete, thus not accepted by the Church or God. Over the centuries, it's belief has become deeply entrenched in mainstream Christianity. There are multitudes of verses within the Scriptures that totally disprove the Trinity theory, yet through blindness and pressure from the Church, the vast majority of accept it as TRUTH. Same is true of the Hellfire doctrine and eternal punishment for non believers.. It wasn't adopted until the 5th century.. John 3-16 states that those who don't believe will PERISH .. Not go to some Lake of Fire for eternal punishment. Rev 21 - 8 says it is the SECOND DEATH.. It comes after the 1000 year reign judgment.
Growing up in the years that the Bee Gees’ music was the backdrop of my world, I have come to meet them personally through modern technology, You Tube. Their story and their music have greatly impacted my life since the tragic sudden passing of my stellar special needs son in Oct of 2017. I believe God has used these remarkable men to help me find peace and comfort in my world where my very soul was rocked off its foundation. May they live on in the hearts and lives of men where their story, music, and experiences are so inspirational. I have been profoundly blessed by this family’s character, legacy, and example of rock solid courage in surviving life. The Brothers Gibb live on. Thank you, from my deep heart.
I didn't stop crying for twenty four hours!I fell for 'Boddin' when I was eight and I saw him singing Massachusetts.I still loved him the day he died.He grew into a lovely,gentle kind man who was a true artisan and generous to charities.I loved most of the BGs songs except the disco stuff coz I grew up to be a 'metal' fan,but one thing Robin taught me was that all music is art and all art has merit and you should not be a snob about it.As long as it was good quality it has integrity .
This is heartbreaking. I hate to think of his suffering. Money can't buy everything. I had cancer three years ago. I have been cancer free and hope to live a lot longer. My granddaughter was 2 weeks old when my treatment started. I prayed God would give me a little more time to see her grow a little while. Her third bday party was this weekend. Anyway I miss you and your wonderful talent. You sang from the heart. You guys were a joy.❤️🌹❤️

Robin was my favorite Bee Gee. Since I was really small seeing the Saturday night Fever era promo films and 60's things when I was a bit older, I liked him best. I miss him very much even though I never met him.
One of my friends and I used to talk a lot about how much we loved the Bee Gees and hoped that Robin would get well. The day Robin passed away, my friend e-mailed me and asked how I was doing. My only response was, "Robin died, didn't he?" When my friend said yes, I cried.

The 3 of them were inducted together. They also had multiple grammys and multiple awards. Oh and tons of gold and platinum records not to forget about being the first to have 5 songs in the top 10 at the same time, 6 #1's in a row, a #1 in each of the 4 decades in a row plus all kinds of #1's, top 100's, top 40's, top 10's and more. So sad 3 Gibb's of the 4 are gone, leaving only the oldest brother Barry.

So much loss in the music industry when our Beloved Robin Hugh Gibb died. But, his songs especially Massachusetts and I started a joke will be played over and over again forever. What a great, Angelic voice, funny, humorous kinda Robin was. He will sorely be missed by fans including me. May you sing with all the Angels where ever you are.
