If I were stranded on an Island for a year and could only listen to one musical group, without a doubt it would be the Bee Gees. They have brought my life pure enjoyment for over fifty years...
I'm right there with you. I've been a fan of theirs since I was tiny and found a disc floating around my house. Turned out to be my Dads Bee Gees CD and I've held onto it ever since. I'm now 23 and my father has passed, but I can always put on their songs and it takes me right back to the good days of dancing throughout the house with him. There will never be another group like the Bee Gees. They have helped me in so many dark moments and I'm sure they will be there to help me get through more. I love and miss them dearly. My only regret is that I wasn't born sooner.
They are all more real and down-to-earth people---much more than some other famous people. And of course,they are fabulous at what they do, creating great music, being funny, just genuine good people.
I love this song...I love watching footage of the brother Gibbs and videos...I've been listening to the Bee Gees since the 70s and they never go out of style for me...they will live on forever as their music plays on...
Love the way the twins kept making snarky comments as they buzzed passed each other during their interviews. They all have such a great sense of humor. Wanna see more footage!
Only Barry of the four in that video is still with us as I write in February 2023. Maurice went in 2003, Robin in 2012 and David English in November 2022. However, what a great song to leave us with, just a shame that it wasn't better appreciated at the time. I think it's going to be a long term sleeper, as it does go back to the Bee Gees roots and one of the best things they ever did.

It's so sad to hear Robin saying ""We've still got a long time to go" I think that, if all of them were here, they'll be still selling out stadiums all around the world. BEE GEES 4-EVER
Maurice would be gone in two years, making Robin's statement about "a long time" poignant. Interestingly, even as his own life was winding down, Robin was talking about tour plans that would never happen.
SUPERB! I didn't know there's a DVD of this out there. It's a must for me and all Bee Gee fans. Really showed they had a lot of fun and humor growing up. They're GREAT. Bee Gees Forever.
Loved this and the Bee Gees are awesome. It was also great to see our cute little Andy in this video. These guys are the best and miss Andy and Maurice.
Excellent video. First heard the Bee Gees in 1967. British airmen kept playing "I can't see noboby" on a jukebox at a air base way up north. Robin and Maurice were only 17 at the time...
At 3:08, Robin was doing an American accent with "Something's going on! And yes, here it is!" 😄 And the exchange with David English was hilarious: How are you, Mother? Not bad, son. How's the piles [hemorrhoids]? Oh, terrible, son -- they're hanging out, all out me arse.

I love these guys they are soo great. I first heard the Bee Gees when I was 8 or 9 and I've been hooked ever since! Anyone else think Barry's mouth is kind of strange? like he has no lips, just really straight teeth
A fantastic video! This is from the dvd called "This is Where I Came In: The Official Story of the Bee Gees" (I bought the dvd a few years ago.) It's a fantastic dvd, that's a must have!
I know Barry suffered after Maurice died, yet I also think Robin did too, he tried to carry on, yet, I trully think he too never was the same. I also think during his illness he really missed Maurice for his humour. Such a sad loss to the World of Music. Yet, we must still be behind Barry, he nearly stopped, I trully think he thought no one would want him without his brothers. But how wrong he is.
Patricia Legge - Robin was devastated. He was never the same and went down hill. Losing a twin is like losing a body part. The "phantom pain" never goes away.
I put this song with a series of pictures of Christ's life. It made for a very dramatic movie clip. When you listen to this song, with Christ's life in mind, you will see how the connection can be made. I wonder if the Bee Gees have ever done this? I will share this with anyone who is interested is seeing it but it is not to be used in any way for profit. Just a home made spiritual clip, using my favorite song of all time. :-)
