Beecher Terrace Phase IV Project Update_July 2024 

#TransformationTuesday: Louisville's Beecher Terrace Phase 4
Beecher Terrace, developed by McCormack Baron Companies and the Louisville Metro Housing Authority and designed by Sherman Carter Barnhart Architects just reached the halfway point!
The final phase of this Russell neighborhood community is shaping up beautifully.
Here's a snapshot of the progress made so far:
✅ All foundations and slab on grade are complete.
✅ Framing is 85% complete.
✅ Roofing is 65% complete.
✅ MEP rough-ins are 50% complete.
✅ Flooring and cabinetry have been installed in four buildings.
✅ Permanent power installation begins this week.
✅ Parking lots and curbs in Tract 9 will be complete by the end of July.
