Beef Biryani Recipe!
Ingredients:
Beef (mix boti) 800g
Rice 700g (boiled with salt & cumin)
Oil 1/2 cup
Onions 2-3 (200g)
Ginger garlic paste 1.5 tbsp
Whole spices
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Water 2 glasses (500ml) or as required
Tomatoes 5-6 (400-500g)
Chili flakes 1 tsp
Shan biryani masala 3 tbsp
Green chilies 4-5
Tamarind 1 tbsp
Dried plums 5-6
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Yellow food color
Green coriander
Process:
In a pot, add oil and onions. Cook until brown, then remove half of the onions and set aside.
In the remaining onions, add beef, ginger garlic paste, whole spices, and salt.
Fry for 4-5 minutes, then add water and bring it to a boil. Cover and cook for 1 hour or until the meat is 80% tender.
Add tomatoes, cover, and cook for 10 minutes to soften them. Then add the spices and fry for 4-5 minutes.
Add yogurt and cook until the mixture dries out.
Layer the mixture with boiled rice, yellow food color, fried onions, and any additional ingredients you prefer.
Serve hot and enjoy.
