It`s so true that you need to keep the meat really cold, the equipment also needs to be ice cold. Excellent video as usual...

Hello Auntie J and Sophie 🐾, How are you both doing? I hope you are doing well and the weather is kind in your area. This ice on our ground, freezing rain, snowstorms and minus temperature is enough to send you through the roof. I'm so over it and we get Winter weather until mid May here in Canada 😩😩😩. I have a case of bottled water but you've just reminded me that I need to stock up on gallon bottles, candles and buy a portable gas stove with the gas. I love your tutorials and watching your work. Thanks for constantly sharing and connecting with us. I hope we can meet up in a Live chat soon. Please continue to be safe. ❤ Janelle 🇨🇦😘

Hi Niecey JanelleMe and Sophie are just fine. Our nights are still a little chilly but our days are starting to warm up....Thank GOD. We do NOT like the cold weather. Oh my goodness "winter weather until mid May" UGH🥶I would lose my mind if I lived there. Yes keep stocked up on your water just in case. I thought I had stored enough water for Me and Sophie. I ran across a video by a Vet and he broke it down so clearly about the amount of water a dog needs on a daily basis. Here I was thinking I had stored enough water for both of us and that was not totally true. So now I am storing water for Sophie differently. I have been making candles like crazy. Here's my candle making video link in case you missed it ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-xOeSutwUXEU.html I have several portable gas stoves with the gas canisters leftover from my Catering days so I'm good there. A funny thing, I was trying to sale those portable gas stoves when I decided to officially retire from my Catering business (thanks to Rona). I managed to sale most of my large commercial equipment and lots of other things. But for some strange reason, I could not sale those portable gas stoves. I think that was all by design because, it looks like they might come in handy "just in case". I still have my smokers also so I have different things I could cook a meal with for me and Sophie. The only thing I still need is a Coleman Coffee Pot. I will need my daily cup of coffee☕ It is always my pleasure to share. We are all in this thing together and sharing information is so important these days. Please keep yourself SAFE and WARM. Take care and Thanks for stopping by Niecey. Much Love and Big Hugs from Me and Sophie🙏🏾💙🙏🏾🐶

Happy Monday Sis🥰Glad you have the day off and just chillin'. I know Mother Nature is letting us know who is STILL in control.......and we better pay attention because Mother Nature don't play. I will continue to prepare for me and Sophie "just in case" one never knows these days when a disaster is gonna hit. Better to be SAFE than SORRY. Yeah Sis, I'm gonna have sausage for days. I will share some too. It is 71° here today so I will be working on my garden today. You have a nice "chill-laxing" day Sis. It was great chatting with you last night. Love ya - Sis and Sophie🐶😍
