I will show you how I Sous Vide cooked my Maple Breakfast Sausage links. Cooking Sous Vide is another way of SLOW cook anything. Meat cooked Sous Vide style will cook in its own juices. Sous Vide cooked meat is super moist and super tender. The none edible Cellulose Casings I used in this video are really easing to work with. I did not have to worry about "blow-outs" from over stuffing the Cellulose Casings. The only issue I had was from "OPERATOR ERROR" ha-ha! Try Cellulose Casings in YOUR next Sausage Making project....YOU will love them.
