The original dish "Beef Butter Yaki" was introduced at "Restaurant Fugetsu Nishitetsu Meitengai Branch" in November 1968. This dish was a great success, and the restaurant has thrived for 56 years. The restaurant has continued to maintain its traditional methods, and in July 2005, the cafe "Fugetsu" on the basement floor of the Tenjin Core Building was remodeled into the teppan-yaki restaurant "Gourmet Fugetsu" to carry on the flavor of the original dish.After the Tenjin Core Building closes in March 2020, the history of the unchanged flavor will continue.
