I feel like If I make the eggs first and just add them later they don't really add anything to the dish.. just dry tasteless scrambled egg pieces. I rather put my egg almost at the end straight into the fried rice but before the meat and only let it cook through medium to low heat, to leave it a tiny bit creamier. Gives the whole dish a softer mouth feel imo
I have tried many fried rice recipes, and most have been good, but this one is absolutely the best! My wife rarely wants second helpings, but on this one she did....... Thanks for posting!
Wow, it is excellent, but I will suggest to advice every one to cook the rice and put it in the fridge overnight then to continue with your recipe it will be amazing health benefit for insulin resistant, and weight loss,, yes, because the small intestine will not be able to digest it, and it will be good for you
For a better taste , i recommand u guys to first of all put two of four yellow eggs directly in Ur rice mading one day before , mix until it turn yellow , cook thé white in one put, réserve it and After thé beef step from thé cooker on thé vidéo , add thé yellow rice for frie it + white eggs cooking already and i guarantee u that thé taste gonna bé Amazing. PS : it s just a alternative version , i don t have thé prétention to Say i m better to thé girl of thé vidéo , just try and let me know on comment if it s good or not . Bon appétit
