Wow! I was about to make this for my channel but after seeing yours i threw mine out the window, Yours looks much better :D

I'm not even gonna cook these but it Inspired me to go to taco bell

The minced meat reminded me of Ramen noodles.

Add a little tomato paste/puree to the meat after you've added canned tomatoes, gives it a darker colour and makes it look less bland. I'm not saying Todd's cooking tastes bad (I wouldn't know but I'm sure he's a good cook). Also if your tomatoes taste too sharp, add a teaspoon of sugar :)

oh they tasted REALLY amazing! One would even say they tasted simply DELISH!

Tip: before heating your meat. Ground (or shall I say press) your meat with a spoon, to avoid having wormie meat. I don't ever cook my ground meat without pressing.👍

Hi Todd ! Due to the lockdown in Scotland, I am stuck in Pakistan until further notice. I got nostalgic about my trips in South America & the USA as well as Israel & started to crave the foods of the respective nations mentioned. I miss the food of those nations. Seriously, I do. I got a massive craving for nachos & my cousin mentioned to me about cheesy beef nachos and when I looked it up on RU-vid ... your video was a god send and a blessing. I am going to prepare it tomorrow to the T & enjoy it so I can lift myself from the bloody doldrums in this nation. I love that stuff. I like the spice choices you placed in the meat. Mine comes out a bit bland and I compensate that with lots of salsa and jalapenos.

This is an excellent, very quick recipe. I suppose the only addition (which you may not have had available) would be some fresh cilantro (or, coriander). Quick, rough chop of the leaves, sprinkled on top, would have been a pretty tasty addition. However, even without those, this was a tasty fast dish that my friends and I enjoyed during our weekend game night. Thanks!

todd, quite curious.. what inspired you to cook? and what do you think is the dish that made you feel really proud when you made it?

Its just a bit of excess animal fat. There would be a 1-2 tablespoons at most. You can just as easy pour it into the bin. And no, its not going to block your pipes.

We do have that here, in fact i grow it in my garden. hhhmmm i never thought about adding that. Not sure if it will work with the salsa, but rest assured i will be giving that a go next time i make it :)
