Hello Chef.. I tried to cook your recipe and used white wine. Masarap pagkaluto ng beef.. But yung sauce parang may pagka bitter dahil kaya sa white wine. Thanks po

I cooked it for Christmas and it was surprisingly good and soft despite me using chuck roast. The gravy made the roast really stand out. I'll cook this again soon. Thanks!

@@fevvievonasistio7416 No need, pressure cooker traps the flavor inside. Huwag mu damihan ng tubing ha. Hinde kailangan marami. For me i use two caps of water or broth that's it. Enjoy! Basta tie your meat in well turn out okay super tender.
