For years I have been slow roasting whole racks of beef ribs on the gas grill. I had the great idea to give them a go in the 14 inch dutch oven. The key to good beef ribs is low and slow. The challenge to cooking them in the dutch oven is getting the temp just right.
Camp oven cooking is truly an art form and takes lots of practice as well as lots of failures.
