Salt 1,1/2 tsp
coriander crushed 1 tbsp
cumin crushed 1 tsp
carom seeds crushed 1/2 tsp
all spices 1 tsp
black pepper 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes 1/2 tbsp
lemon juice 1,1/2 tbsp
garlic 6-7 cloves
ginger 1,1/2 inches piece
green chilli 7-8 tbsp
onion chopped 1 medium 175g
coriander chopped 3/4 cup
مكونات:
لحم بقري مفروم 500 جرام
ملح 1،1 / 2 ملعقة صغيرة
كزبرة مطحونة 1 ملعقة كبيرة
مسحوق الكمون 1 ملعقة صغيرة
بذور قرنفل مطحونة 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة
جميع البهارات 1 ملعقة صغيرة
1/2 ملعقة صغيرة فلفل أسود
رقائق الفلفل الحار 1/2 ملعقة كبيرة
عصير ليمون 1،1 / 2 ملعقة كبيرة
6-7 فصوص ثوم
قطعة زنجبيل 1،1 / 2
الفلفل الأخضر 7-8 ملاعق كبيرة
بصل مفروم 1 وسط 175 جم
3/4 كوب كزبرة مفرومة
