THE INGREDIENTS WE USED:
500 g of beef (shoulder, neck)
carrot
onion
celery
garlic
potato
beef cube
tomato puree 1 tbsp
frozen peas 100 gr
spices: salt, pepper, dry spice, red pepper
WRITTEN PRESCRIPTION:
Fry the onion and garlic for 5 minutes
✅ Add celery root and carrot, fry for another 5 minutes
✅ Just add a little salt to the meat that we cut into cubes and add it to the pan, mix it with the vegetables, add 1 beef cube and add a little more salt all together. Simmer for a few minutes while stirring
✅ Add potatoes and 1 tablespoon of tomato puree, cover and simmer for 15 minutes at medium temperature. Stir occasionally
✅ We start the cooking process. Add 1 liter of water and cook for no less than 60 minutes at low temperature. Preferably longer. If necessary, you can add water
✅ After 60 minutes, add frozen peas, cook for another 20 minutes
✅ At the end, add more spices, let the spices combine for 5 minutes and our broth is ready. You are welcome.
