NaOH 28g (40%) KOH 65g (60%) This soap does not become rock hard like bar soap. But it lasts long. Does this help?

It really does last longer if you let it cure for a few weeks first. But it is fully cooked/saponified and safe to use after you mould them.

You will need the KOH. Without it you will just make a normal hot process bar soap and you will definitely have to adjust the amount of NaOH. It will not foam up nicely either. I have not done a tallow facial bar - I will definitely do one in future.
