Ma'am instead of cutting d onions n tomatoes into fine cubes n saute ...what is I puree dem separately n then saute for smoother gravy ? Pls suggest for m going to prepare ur mouth watering recipee ..
When you make puree of onions or tomatoes, it turns into gravy like Chicken tikka or Butter chicken. For roasting it is better to saute onions and tomatoes by chopping them fine. Just try out this recipe and believe me you won't regret.
Hi Mam it's nice but you have mentioned all the whole spices except one. Red chilli, pepper, cloves but what is there in the bowl can't make out and you have not mentioned in the ingredients nor in the video. Please let me know thanks.
