A hobby craft beer brewery probably used the wrong yeast and too much sugar when brewing and bottled it too early. I think that since then only the winter garden has been used for beer testing. Malted barley takes about 7 days to ferment out if you start adding raspberries it's more like 3 months. I did the same thing with raspberry hefeweizen but fortunately it over carbed in the keg and not the bottle.
