Great video. Looks like I have got it right so far on my first brew. Belgian Dubbel now a week into being kegged. I'm going to put it outside to keep it cool in a weeks time, which leads me to a question. Are you drinking warm beer from your kegs under the stairs then? Just curious as I have now realised that without bottling I can't cool it short of leaving it outside. It's ok this time of year, but summer!!! Keep up the good work

Forgot to answer your question. Keeping your keg in a cool place does help. My cupboard had a reasonably cool ambient temperature. I don't like ice cold ale but lager and cider are definitely better when chilled. You could consider an old fridge and remove the shelves. Sit the keg inside and you have chilled beer on tap......... 🍺🍺🍺😊

@@TheLifesGood I can confirm the greenhouse is still standing! My fence is looking worse for wear but was on the way out anyway. Fingers crossed for clement weather from now on.
