@Kingdrago101 wow he stopped rain........fucking All Might from my hero academia did that. Saiyan saga vegeta could destroy planets no problem. Even krillin is stronger than saiyan saga vegeta let alone the current goku. Also the people saitama one shots are fucking weak as shit lmao. Most of the enemies saitama kills are like city level threats except boros who's a planet buster. Characters like super perfect cell are SOLAR SYSTEM busters. And goku would one shot cell. So how is saitama even remotely close to goku, vegeta, piccolo, cell, frieza, majin buu, or even the androids power. Oh wait I forgot, "he parted some clouds, and he changed the weather"

@Kingdrago101 also dragon ball characters are pretty much telekinesis in nature. They use their mind body and spirit to use ki. Which makes up their speed, durability, power, and senses. Also remember when vegito got turned into a CANDY BALL and was whooping buuhan. Or how about the time majin vegeta resisted mind control. Or when goku countered the time skip. I rly dont see saitama even competing. Also saitama isnt a gag character hes a parody. And he did take damage against boros. Granted it was small, but the manga panel says and I quote "he took damage" and the one punch man guidebook says boros final form clobbered saitama. A good fight for saitama would be a character like Six paths naruto, demon form meliodas, or saiyan saga vegeta.

@@legendary3952 I'd argue that when he's at his somewhat best, he's tied with Superman, and Supes (and none of the special ones like Strange Visitor or whatever, just plain Superman) is only more powerful given certain circumstances. Pure strength goes to Supes, as well as speed (excluding Flash), but everything else goes to Lantern. At Green Lantern's absolute best, he's unstoppable

There are more powerful characters, but to say Saitama has no feats is proof you haven't watched the show. He was kicked to the moon and took no damage, not even a scratch, and then proceeded to simply jump back with no effort, putting a massive crater on it, and again with no scratch other than a slightly burnt uniform. Then he proceeded to punch in Boros' general direction, parting the clouds (splitting the atmosphere on some level) across the entire planet. His serious sideways jumps made a shockwave that nearly killed someone. Jumping sideways did this. Don't even get me started on his durability feats. There are plenty of feats. It's just that they're all so outlandish that Saitama can't be taken seriously. He is a joke character with feats. We haven't seen him use any real effort to do nigh-dbz level things. Even with parting the clouds he was called out for not really trying. Who knows what he can do if he actually tries? Aizen and Ywhach would absolutely destroy him though. He would last a long time, but the sheer versatile abilities that they have would put anyone that isn't a powerful soul of some kind in the ground permanently.

Arguing about Saitama is a difficult thing to do because one he is essentially a parody of superheroes and his feats are meant to be abdolutely ridiculous and 2 he has never, ever shown anywhere close to his maximun strength. Even during his battle with Boros he was barely trying, with Boros himself acknowledging this as he was dying. His exact limiy is unknown and the manga implies it has no limit except for how much effort Saitama chooses to put into his blows. So in terms of physical strength, speed, and durability he could probably beat out a good portion of fiction characters, but he doesn't really have abilities outside of punching.

In the BoG movie they said he used 70% of this power. This was then retconned in super to 1% by Toriyama himself, so in continuity currently we've only seen 1% of Beerus' power.

@@JTtheMid Stupid or not, according to an interview he said originally BoG was going to be the last we see of Beerus originally. Once Super was announced he wanted Beerus to be "leagues" above Goku to maintain his aura of Destroyer and recurring character. Whether you think the reasoning is bullshit, fair enough, I'm just stating the facts as we have them.
