In this video we are moving the second swarm that we caught this year into one of our Layens insulated horizontal hives, the Four Seasons Hive. We moved the swarm box closer and closer to the hive gradually over a period of several days so that the bees wouldn't get confused about where to go. We didn't see the queen during the transfer into the hive, but we did see all stages of brood, along with a good amount of food.
