I am so jealous. Kept wondering why my beets weren't growing. Finally pulled them this weekend. They were radishes!!!! Guess I have to be more careful this fall planting.

I think you should train the rabbits to eat grass and weeds! Then everyone would be happy - even the neighboring peacock!!!

We chose to plant beets in a on gallon bucket. Last year, they were about 1-1/2". I think this year they will be about the same.

Nice haul. We planted just Chioggia beets from Johnny's this year. A stripped variety, cooks up to a pinkish color nice, sweet flavor. You should give then a try. 👍

I believe on one of your planting videos you mentioned using pelleted seeds from Johnny's Seeds. What variety do you plant? They look awesome

Great harvest id love to get just a couple the size as yours i havent figured it out yet lol im gonna try for a fall harvest I guess im in tn as well and its just been so hot and my garden suffered b cuz ive been sick and haven't had the time to tend to it well.
