Beethoven, the most extraordinary composer of all time. He wrote most of his pieces with no ability to hear them, except in his mind. What a sad thing, but it is glorious for us that he persevered and gave the world its most beautiful music. Love Fur Elise.
I remember watching this with my dad when I was 7 years old :’)). I’m a full fledged concert piano now. This video was one of the first ones that made me fall in love with the piano. Ah memories
My grandfather from father’s side used to play this to me when I was little. May he rest in peace. He was mentally ill the last years before passing away but as I didn’t understand this at the time I didn’t see him the few years before he passed. Listening to this makes me feel his presence right next to me.
1. Get a piano 2.go to youtube 3. Wait for me to get an overcam or visit amosdolls youtube he teached me i fully know how to do turkish march, fur elise and moonlight sonata 1-3 and he uploads bout 1-5 videos of different songs a day
Anyone else feel like recordings from records and tapes just sound that much better? The static hiss in the background and it always seems like those tones you wouldn't want to ring out just ring that much more....
19 and I love this music, just goes to show my generation isn't COMPLETELY tasteless, I really appreciate the pure emotion behind many of these works and often listen to them before bed and in the in-between times of a busy university life.
Beautifully played by the pianist...I really like listening to old videos, the sound quality is much older, but that's exactly what creates the atmosphere for me, it also has a nostalgic, sad effect...
This is a gorgeous interpretation. The fluidity of his hands amazes me as well, he moves through the quicker parts with such grace. His technique really comes through in the tone and dynamics.
Hi everyone, Fur Elise is next to Moonlight Sonata my favorite piano song.. i really wanted to play Fur Elise but i didnt have the contacts, money or a piano. Finally, i had the change to learn it! I knew there is a public piano on the third floor of a public library in Amsterdam. It took me almost 1 hour to travel. I didnt care if it was cold or raining. In any curcumstances, i have to learn this magical piano piece! I went there almost everyday and i learned myself play the piano without a teacher. Just me, the piano and synthesia (program to learn piano songs from my phone) After three years i finally had the courage to record my progress of Fur Elise and upload it on my youtube channel. Its not the best, really it isnt.. but i have tried my best and i hope somebody would take time to listen and give me feedback. Much appreciation !
Outstanding. One of the best performances I have ever seen, every, anywhere. I can't believe a human being wrote this. I cant believe a human can play like this. Absolutely outstanding.
Except I've already addressed this, I've stated when I uploaded this that I'm not going to change it to that just to please one of only three people in the world who care whether it's Fur or Für.
We have a future! This is so awensome. Another people by your age likes 1d, demi and things like that. I don't have nothing against to pop music. But, bitches, please...
My seven year-old niece played this at her church. She was the only child chosen among a bunch of adults to play at some sort of recital therein. My brother says she played the whole thing flawlessly. He's very proud of her, and so am I.
When i was a kid..i got a greeting card from my parents..when i opened it played the starting tune of this song.. I did not know what song it was..i remembered it but couldn't find the song..now i am 35 years old.. finally today i found this song..i am very happy.. remembering all my childhood memories.. god bless all..

This is one of my inspiration. I watch this daily when I started learning the piano. Now I am preparing to pursue a Master's degree in Piano Performance. Thanks to this video 🙏
Looks like you don't have brain to appreciate Beethoven. This is Bagatelle number 25 arranged in A minor in a Rando formation, considered one of the classic.Beethoven dedicated this musical Marvel to her girlfriend Eliza. So have some respect for the person who is paying tribute to Beethoven.
The old video quality, the old historic looking scene, fuzzy quality of sound, these things all work together to really capture the feeling of the era of beethoven and this great peice so well.
PERFECTION, this is just perfect, and simple, Chopin said " simplicity is everything, it is art´s final seal." Mendelssohn said "Chopin was a perfect virtuoso, and I love and enjoy every kind of perfection..." me too, i love this most simple and perfect fur elise playing ever in history.
Una de mis interpretaciones favoritas desde los 10 por su delicadeza y musicalidad extraordinaria de Ivo Pogorelich y este fue de mis primeros acercamientos al piano
I have been scouring the web for these notes and its led me to a Beethoven classic im sort of upset that I didn't know this but now that ive found it my life has most definitely been made. :)
Was watching the movie "The Walk", and this music softly plays as Philippe is kneeling down on the wire between the Twin Towers. Had to come and find this video to listen to the whole piece, beautiful. :)
Brandon Lira Just because music is simple doesn't mean it's easy to play, what he is referring to is the fact that there aren't a million things going on at once, and that its is an easy listen, and doesn't need to be deconstructed to see how beautiful it is.
