I was in the school orchestra for 7 years and OMG this kid is just out of this world. This isn't an easy piece on piano, but i would have said impossible on the guitar...until now!

Mordercza praca to za mało, ja bym 15h dziennie ćwiczył i nigdy mu nie dorównał nawet za sto lat. Marcin jest geniuszem, savantem gitary, w jego grze nie chodzi tylko o technikalia, umiejętności, tam czuć coś więcej. Myślę, że uczciwym jest porównywać go do najznamienitszych gitarzystów wszechczasów, choćby z tego względu, że wielu gitarzystów potrafi zagrać ich utwory, ale nigdy, przenigdy nikt inny nie jest w stanie zrobić tego tak dobrze jak oryginał. Guthree Govan, Buckethead, Steve Vai, BB King, Clapton i inni, nigdy nie widziałem covera, który by im dorównywał, tak samo jest z Marcinem, nawet nie wyobrażam sobie, żeby ktoś mógł coś takiego powtórzyć.

@@wrathofconn9753 Hauser is super talented and a great guy, but I'm not sure its a fair comparison. I'll say Marcin plays around the same level as Roman Kim with his violin. Actually Roman has a full arrangement of Beethoven's 5th for violin. If you hear it you'll see what I mean, Hauser is great, but Roman or Marcin are self-defining a new era of music interpretation.

Marcin Patrzałek is a Polish guitarist born in 2020 in Kielce where he started learning to play classical guitar at the age of 10 , in 2014 he won the Polish edition of " Must be the Muscic " , in 2016 he won the Joaquin Rodrigo International Classical Guitar Competition , in 2018 he won the Italian competition " Tu Si Que Vales " and in 2019 he reached the semi-finals of " America's Got Talent " . He is currently studying at Berklee College of Music in Boston .

And he's only 20 years old now. I saw him when he was on America's Got Talent at age 18. He's really incredibly talented and their typical audiences aren't very sophisticated - anything not totally mainstream doesn't always catch on. He reached the semi-finals, but actually did NOT win his season. from his RU-vid page: "In January 2020 Marcin got signed by Sony Music making him one of the first percussive guitarists to sign with a major label."

Hi. Great Reaction! Marcin does not get enough recognition. He is from Poland, and appeared on America's Got Talent a couple of years ago at age 18. And I believe at that time, he announced that he had a scholarship to Berklee. Anyway, he is one of the best - i think he was 17 when he made this video.
