It’s unaccountably labelled as a ‘Menuetto’, thereby implying a three in a bar pulse; it is in fact nothing of the sort - it is a genuine one-in-a-bar Beethovenian Scherzo. To play this movement as a Minuet in the style of Mozart or Haydn would destroy it utterly.

Yes, I am aware. Unfortunately, it is out of my control. I do not monetize my videos and I have not made a single penny from any video on my channel. I do not own the rights to the recordings and RU-vid automatically detects the recordings used and will monetize the video on behalf of the copyright holder. Many record labels will not allow the videos to be uploaded at all, some do this as a compromise. I suggest you get an adblocker for your browser so you can enjoy an ad-free listening experience. It won't hurt the copyright holders, because the automatic detection system is pretty bad and often detects the recording as belonging to 5 or more different orchestras...
