Sabine Meyer and Sol Gabetta magnificent as always, but I have to say Seong-Jin Cho is just stunning. To see him doning chamber music like that makes me happy!

Es sind selbstverständlich alle drei Künstler*innen hervorragend, aber was mich in diesem Stück besonders fasziniert, ist die tonliche Anpassung von Sol Gabetta an die Klarinette. Manchmal spielt sie (fast) ohne Vibrato, um die beiden so verschiedenen Instrumente klanglich anzunähern. Es ist ein Ereignis! Herzliche Grüße aus Bayern.
