FYI: the name Sea Bees originates from the U.S. Naval Construction Force, a special naval battalion begun in WWII which performed construction and engineering operations in lieu of civil construction personnel. Sea Bee is derived from "CB" or Construction Battalion.

Yup. My uncle was a Sea Bee. He said he was mostly doing underwater demolition but it was during a war. I still have the patch its like a green worm with a sailors hat holding a stick of dynamite?

what a lovely day for sailing! that harmonizer is wacky and wild and I like some of the things ramping does to get new sounds out of chorus; glad this pedal can store presets, though, or else I think even I might get lost with just a few switches and three knobs that control so many parameters. sea :b: go brrrrrrrr ( I always smile when the video starts with a Joe drum track)

wow with the swarm it almost is reminiscent of the Polarbear petrichor and drowner in some ways, really interesting sounds! Wait, you *weren't* riding a giant bee in the middle of the ocean to get to Los Angeles?!! This world is built upon a foundation of lies and deception :( Seriously though, fun segment. And I really do love the more beat-based harmonic blips this pedal can produce. It is really a cool atmosphere. It worked really well with your Minifreak! Loved the cold, metallic patch you had with that. Arp mod is really pretty cool - what a strange system! There's a lot more to this pedal than first glance. Very cool stuff

I have a masters and gotten out of the classical music world (I am a double bassist), and I became a welder. You've inspired me to get an electric upright bass and to try out tons of pedals, I am definitely getting the Sea Bee, thanks for one of the best videos on it and what you can do with it.

Hey Emily, listening to the way you just create these snippets of random music is so relaxing. At on point it really sounded like it belonged in "Jeff Wayne's War of the Worlds" musical. Will you ever make some sort of album using the seabee demonstrated in this video? I would certainly be interested as this type of music is very good for my PTSD, but it has something ethereal when you play with it. Much love from Australia for your talent, and you looked cool on those seabee fish 😁
