Tried this recipe. Came out so well. Evryone loved it loads. We would get beets and not eat it. A nice way to include beets in your diet. Really thankful to you guys for uploading wonderful recipes.

It tastes good even if you don't cook beetroot, you can grind beetroot to paste and add all same ingredients.

Looks like it did not cook well. You need to leave it on hot tawa for at least it turns golden brown before going to the other side. :)

Indeed a healthy recipe. I make beetroot paratha for my daughter but without spices, garlic & green chilies. I generally cook the beetroot in cooker, add salt, cumin n methi powder n make dough. Healthy paratha for my little one..
