Chose the Telstra server for the FTTP test as it seemed to get me better results. Also the FTTP ping has come down to 3-4ms instead of 9ms to Perth servers, took a few weeks to change for some reason - for those wondering
@@CuddlyZebra hey mate ur using ABB right? how did you get a dynamic IP address? unless they handed it out to everyone automatically, but from my knowledge that wasn't the case

A dynamic IP address is an IP address that changes from time to time, unlike a static IP address that stays the same. "
@@CuddlyZebra oh whoops, basically every isp provides a dynamic IP since its cheaper for them i guess, however it appears that ABB (and most ISPs) only changes ur IP from time to time, such as once every month, etc. instead of every time you reset ur modem. i was about to switch to ABB immediately lol because ive wanted an IP that can change whenever you want. unless im wrong idk
@@MitchellTowell I could be wrong, but I do know that you can kick a connection from the ABB online tool, which basically is just a remote restart for your connection, which I feel like can also give you a new IP but I haven't tested it.
