i have a sony px41 projector,i cant get mine to do it!!!!is it because the air vents and stuff are on the front outlets are on the side back is completly closed

I know I am late to this party lol but I installed a projector in my garage. It is ceiling mounted and used primarily for a golf simulator. The issue is that being a small space, the garage door opener/light is in the way. I wonder if mirrors would be able to be used to reflect from different angles to both get a bigger image and find a path where the image is not blocked. only the upper left corner is impacted.

Will this mirror trick on my acer k330 projector and what is the biggest size screen will it go to till it gets blurry. I would buy your paint but I can't get it in the UK

i think so. it is very similar to short throw but with extra steps short throw is not that short mind you. the one you are thinking of is 'ultra short' throw ones. i have all of the 3 types in my entire life of using projectors. the long throw ones are the best for focused image on all area of the screen. the short throw is the middle child where it takes a bit from long and a bit from ultra short throw. and then ultra short throw which i like the most, the ultra short throw may have some focus issue if you buy a budget one, by budget ultra short throw ones i mean the price of a good or very good long throw projectors. the one i am using is hitachi cp-tw3005, already used it for years and will replace the lamp soon. so if you on a budget like me, long throw will always give the best picture quality and resolution for the price, short throws meh in my opinion coz it's not the best in any category, but my favourite is definitely the ultra short, it almost like a tv, no more shadows, blinding by the projector etc. just premium watching time without the hassle.
