Good morning Andrew from Australia 🇦🇺 down under. Have a awesome week, God Bless say hi to Tiffany n give big hugs to Bullet, Rugar. B safe n take care
What a fashion plate you are, changed clothes left right and center 🤣 That millet was so pretty! too bad about the hail though, yikes! Thanks for the video Andrew!
Good to see you back and trying to get back to normal. The dove field looks awesome! The drought here in Texas has negatively impacted the normal flyways - birds haven't been as plentiful over the past few years. Looking forward to the livestream this evening!
For the clumps in the fertiliser, make or get an attachment for a drill, similar to a paint mixer. Zip that around the hopper and it quickly takes care of all the clumps. Saves going through by hand.
Thanks Andrew! I think the millet will be fine even laid over like that. I'm still interested for continued followup on the cameras. I've had the same issues with my last two different cellular game cameras to the point I've about given up on them. The last one they updated the app, but now I can't access it because they say my phone is too old. I called and got my money back for the plan I'd just paid for prior to the app upgrade. Anyway, nice gobbler and great fawn recruitment on the property. Thanks again.
Good to see you getting back to things you love! We rolled up on PG last week and laying alongside the road was a nice 8pt that had been feeding in our soybean plot. Hate to see any deer hit by cars, but a nice buck hits you a little harder! Cool fawns!
Hi Andrew, would love to hear how you like the new cell cameras.. nice turkeys and a couple of bucks, so many fawns is good for next year and after. Put out a few mineral blocks for them also.
Hello Andrew, nice to get back to some of the stuff you like. Your field with the millet looks really good until that storm hit. I see your getting your trails cleaned up and that was nice helping your Mom and Dad out. ❤️❤️👍👍🇨🇦
Love love love Moultrie cameras. I have only one (not cellular) works on 8 AA batteries. I have 32 gig card in it, and set it up for 15 second video clips. Have gotten up to 88 videos at a time on it. I live in the city with poor cell reception. I don't mind bringing camera in and downloading results on my PC. I wanted to find out what goes bump in my backyard after dark. Even caught two nerdowells trying to steal my jon boat, man were they surprised when they came back the next night and I was waiting in the dark on my porch, drinking a hot coffee, with my 20ga. laying across my lap, all I had to do was say "Can I help you gentlemen with something as I racked a shell?" They dropped the boat very quickly, and I never heard from them again.
Field is looking good. Will be interesting to see how those cameras work for you over time. This has also been an interesting summer with our weather patterns. We have gotten more hail this summer than I can ever remember.
Things are looking better, but Mother Nature is still doing her thing everywhere it seems. Can't wait to see you on the livestream and keeping fingers crossed that internet will cooperate.
Get solar battery set up for those cameras. And then add an additional solar panel. I ran one of the Moultrie cameras non stop for 2 years on a set up like that and ran several other over a year non stop.
I have used a bunch of different cell cams. The Moultrie’s are good but if you get one that unexplainably shuts off or freezes up, contact CS and demand they replace it. In my experience they either work or they don’t.
