Before Helldivers 2 There Was Second Extinction 

With the recent release of Helldivers 2, I have seen the community raving about the game and playing it a lot. But what many may not know is that Second Extinction is a predecessor to the genre. Helldivers 2 may be a sequel, but this iteration of it is the first time it ventured into the 3D realm which Second Extinction was already a part of. There are so many similarities between the two games, that I feel Second Extinction should have received the same fanfare. So that's what this session is. A comparison between the two and why I think Second Extinction should get a second chance. Let's make it happen!
