“The downward dog power.” Yes. That’s my current issue which isn’t good because I have a pain in my right wrist that I keep trying to fix and my mat needs to allow me to place my palms correctly and let them stay there. Thanks for this review!
lIfetime warranty? that depends on where you purchase your original mat. After contacting them for a replacement, they politely asked me for all the photos of damaged (daily wear) spots, finally they said under the "INITIAL" inspection, I was qualified for a replacement one but unfortunately they only ship replacement to European Union countries. So if you live in the U.S. and purchase it from U.S., they won't ship it outside E.U.. Then they asked me again to fill out a form with bunch of photos again with receipt, which I already sent them, and they would further look into it and tell me if I would still want a replacement when i don't even have a E.U. address. What a scam. They pretend to be nice and I played along knowing they make you jump through hoops and still wouldn't send you one.
Hi! It seems that you were talking to our European office about a purchase made in the US. Please connect with our US customer service for your claim. Thank you.
I also wonder about that or they have the X series but I would like the Pro Long also did you get any answer to that yet ? Thank you also wonder what Manduka would say over the X series seems like the Pro should be nicer and wonder if it’s appropriate for it.
@@RoamIntoYoga Jade Fusion, but I don't move my Yoga Mat... I have a space in the basement, so I am thinking the thickest and widest yoga mat I can find.
