So tempting but .... not ready YET... got in my fleet the Mini 3 Pro, Air 2S, & Mavic 3 OG... thanks for your insight... subbed you, found you on USDS. ✌
A lot of upgrades. It would be great if the augmented RTH feature would show where a possible geo zone is located since being too close may interfere with RTH. I also wonder if RID is turned on upon activation or can it be bypassed (for those in the USA.)
Just went into the D1 store at Carindale and got one of these drones and its true mention dan and they give you a great price. Oh and Dan there was a lady in there who had just purchased one of these drones and we got chatting gave her your details for lessons @@DansTubeTV
Love it. Thanks for another top drawer and comprehensive review. I’m going to hold back on this one. Not because I don’t like the 4pro, like you i’m blown away by what they’ve put into the drone, i’m holding out because the mini 3pro is pretty damn cool too and mine serves me so well for close to people work and has plenty of mileage or should I say nautical mileage in her yet for my user case. Having said that I am sorely tempted by the latest tech in the 4 and wouldn’t blame anyone in the least for upgrading from the 3 or 3pro or any sub 360 drone, in fact i’m a little envious that i’m not in the market at this time!!
You make some great points. The Mini 3 Pro is still an amazing drone 👌 The Mini 4 Pro is impressive but might not warrant an upgrade for a lot of people. I also have some drone deals when you are in the market: www.d1store.com.au/mobile/category/danstube
I'm not yet a drone owner and one of the things that makes me hesitant is this: I would use a drone to follow me skiing. If the drone's battery was getting low I assume it goes into return to home mode. In the skiing scenario home would be back at the top of the ski run. Not much use if I'm now halfway down the mountain. Are there drones that would alert to battery being low, so I could stop skiing, and then home in on the controller, so I could easily retrieve the drone? This would be an issue in many follow me situations so I imagine there must be some sort of solution.
Hi Dan! thank you so much for making these videos. Super helpful and clear. I'm trying to figure out what would be a good drone for beginners with multiple ones available from DJI. Mini 2 SE, 3 or 3 pro and now this one. Any recommendations for a total newbie?
It depends on your budget and what you’ll be doing with your drone. If you are a beginner and want to get some casual aerial videos and photos occasionally then you’ll be happy with all of them. If you want to future proof your purchase then the Mini 3 Pro or Mini 4 Pro. I have some drone deals here that might interest you: www.d1store.com.au/mobile/category/danstube
@@DansTubeTV do you see the possibility of someone coming out with an adapter, or does it seem to need to fit flush to the lens? I picked up a few accessories before I could afford the actual drone, but now the Mini 4 has come out.
Two questions: 1. I have heard that the screen recording quality has now increased from 960x520 to 720x1280. Is that correct? 2. when recording audio with a usb-c microphone during screen recording, with the RC it always ended up on the Mini sd card in the folder ... Now it seems that the audio file is no longer put on the sd card but somewhere internal on the RC2. Is that correct?
@@DansTubeTV Even if you turn that off it still goes to internal. I read on a DJI forum that DJI is now aware of the problem and is working on it (firmware update).
after watching all of them mavic 3 , pro , classic, air , air3 , mini 3 pro , mini 4 pro .... i came to the conclusion ME i myself will be buying Dji mavic 3 classic.
