► In this video, I show you the steps I took to get all setup and flying. I also go through a couple tips I found after flying the Air for a couple weeks. The DJI Mavic Air is an amazing, compact high quality drone that is easy to setup and fly. I'll be making a bunch of tutorials videos so make sure you subscribe. I'm only 50% through this video, and I tend to be very critical of a lot of RU-vid videos. This tutorial is OUTSTANDING! I’m 68 and bought a DJI Spark a few months ago. It is so much fun... I’m now going to buy a Mavic Air because the camera quality is better and it has a longer battery fly time. So, all I can say is... go for it!

The screen walk through of the DJI app was great. A fast wifi conection is critical for updates. 50 mbps or more is best. I enjoy your to the point style.

I use a pair of tweezers to handle the small SD card - carry them in my bag with everything else.

I was carrying tweezers with me to extract te card but I find that if you push to release then use an index finger nail from the bottom of the lip of the card, it will come out.

Great video. First time I took mine out I ran out of internal memory and couldn't find how to switch to the 64GB SD card I had inserted. The tape is a great idea to get the card out. It is fiddly but I manage OK with my thumb nail. Thanks again for the tips.

turn drone on if in uk or eu press cancil to change wifi setttings ,,, step 2 manual check wifi channels and pick one ,, step 3 check to see if 11= gps satalites show if so make sure wind is under 24mph then take off job done
