U have answered EVERY.... question I had. Thank you so much. I almost went online to buy a steamer, but when u said a slow cooker... I became very excited. I have three of them. Two, I'm not using. They were just setting in the attic. So I went up there, grabbed one, and started my water. I'll go later to grab my herbs when the sun comes up. I'm so excited to start this process/journey. Oh yea, I have to go to good will to go find a sitting chair with a hole in🤦‍♀️👍😘 thank u again. U just helped me save a whole lot of money. 😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘

I love your video. Thanks for sharing. I did a yoni steam professionally and I got a kit for home. I absolutely love it. Only thing is my period came 7 days early than normal in the past 2 months. Maybe it’s starting to work out just fine by healing my ovarian cyst.

Hi Naija.... I am going to attempt my first vaginal steaming this weekend. I have an eletric v-steamer seat and will need a gown or something to contain the steam. I used my facial steamer. Put it on the floor from a further distance, draped a towel over me and steamed. I Put a little apple cider vinegar in the water. It felt amazing. Idk if that is still considered a steam bc I didn’t use teas. I’ve always put organic ACV in my baths so I knew it wouldn’t hurt me.

My cycle is heavier and longer after steaming twice. Once, then a second time 2 weeks later. I'm currently on day 8 of my cycle and it's heavy. Very unusual , but no brown blood like it used to be.

Your body is cleaning its self. No more brown blood means that you no longer have blood that stays in your womb after your cycle. I think what you should look at is the kind of herbs you are using.

Like a few others that have commented here but haven’t received a reply .. I too have had a hysterectomy.. is the V steaming still beneficial for the vagina only ? I’ve had lots of prolapse operations so I’m thinking it would be a soothing healing thing for my situation? I’m in my early 60’s

Thank you for this video! I've been looking up yoni steaming for while to get info. and this is the best video I've found on this subject! I started trying it a few weeks ago and it's changed my life already! It's literally saved my sex life with my boyfriend of 8 years! I was 45 when we met and within 6 months or so my period ended and my sex drive slowly went away as well... I'm 53 now and we had been "having issues" lately because of my decreased hormone levels etc... I'm an aesthetician and Reiki Master and I am going to do this for my clients. 🙂 I've shared this video with over half a dozen friends already! Every woman needs to do this! 😊 I just have one or 2 questions. How soon can you have sex afterwards (in case a client asks me)? And DOES it matter if you've had a hysterectomy? Thank you! 😊 ❤️

@@cagrarayislandadventure4014 Hi! Yes, this can be normal. The steam was definitely breaking up old matter that needs to come out. This can happen for 2-4 months after steaming (steaming after each period). When your period ends, steam again. You’re on the right track.

Yes, I think ALL women should be doing this! 😊 I'm 53 and just tried this a few weeks ago. I did it for a couple weeks in a row, for "some issues". It was AMAZING! It literally saved my sex life between my boyfriend and I! It was like having sex fit the first time, if not better! We've been together since I was 45 and that's about when my period ended and my libido as well, shortly afterwards. It truly "healed things down there"! I don't know about hysterectomies, 🤔but I don't see why not... 🙂

I made a wood box to set my pot in the vaginal bowl sits in top and planned to use a hot plate to keep it warm . I def will try the crock pot method. I love your informative video. 👋🏾 I recommend doing a cleanse first. Make sure you’re not consuming any dairy and eating clean organic fruits. After doing a cleanse and you see/feel a difference, then proceed with steaming

Pls can stiming help in this type of cases? Ofter I give birth, which was through C's I have not seen normal period for going to Three years know. Hi Glory! Yes, regular steaming can certainly help but that is not everything you should do. Be sure to drink plenty of water and eat an abundance of fresh fruit and vegetables, particularly the week prior and the week of your period. Use a period tracker app to monitor your symptoms month-to-month to see if any patterns emerge that you can discuss with your gynecologist. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Should I wait for bleeding to end or should I do it the next day after birth or somewhere in between? How often should I do it postpartum?

Not exactly. Steaming helps a number of issues but it does not address the root cause of BV. You’ll need to do a dietary cleanse. Once your not getting BV, then proceed with steaming.

@@ar3465 I’m so glad you put it out there for others to read in case they missed it in the video. It means there is something that is trying to get out. So, you may need to do it a few times to get that out and cease feeling the cramps from your steam and during your cycle.

@@ar3465 I would suggest a shorter steaming period initially. Perhaps just 15 minutes. That way you can still work toward eliminating what is trying to come out but with less intensity. I went through that initially when I have fibroids alongside PCOS. I cramped and bled. But ultimately, it subsided. Steaming coupled with a diet change eliminated my fibroids. I now have regular, pain-free periods that do not exceed 4-5 days. I never thought it would be possible. Prayerfully, you’ve been to the gynecologist and have been examined with an ultrasound to ensure all is clear.
