@@TheJessCasonBrandwe got ppl in downtown Toronto who are definitely not homeless I know cuz my aunt lives in the same building as them and the rest of their family they beg and panhandle with their children beside them with a sign saying they’re homeless and need money for food while earning nice clean cloth’s jewelry and smelling like overpriced cologne then go back to the building and buy drugs and they try to sell thier own daughters to random MEN in the building saying she need husband and say ok g for u to give him some money to sleep with her it’s so disgusting we tell police and the building staff but nothing ever changes it makes me so sick

Leasing Agent here: One the power doesnt have to be on if someone isnt living there. I dont walk around the apartment with every person i tour with. Some people like to explore the apartment by themselves. But also we are trained to stay next to the door. You are a stranger and we dont know you. You could be so desperate for a home you unalive us on the tour. We need to easily be able to escape. This was someones personal home, that they renting out to people. Idk what she really expected, the ad didnt have an apartment complex name on it...soooo

10 years of Hotels as well. Um you can't stay in any hotel more than 30 days. They will move you to a different room so you can't squat. 4k a month is crazy at a hotel. She need to stay at a extended stay where the rate is cheaper based on long stays. Usually the lowest rate is normally 99 pee night, maybe 119 on weekends. Unless this is a run down hotel. They don't need promo from her. I'm sorry 😂

My family does real estate, and there is no way they would 1. Post an only fans looking profile picture. 2. Allow a person who is not part of their office to show the property(unless you have your own realtor or the person is the owner/tenant.) 3. Her story is not adding up, its a small apartment, they don’t have to walk through with you. 4. If no one is living in the apartment, it is possible that the power would be turned off.

Something that works for me is putting my bill money in one account and money I can spend in another account. I split my bills up between my checks (I get paid 2x a month) and I budget my groceries too. I make a list and I stick to it. It’s hard but it works for me.
