Special Grill Sauce (meat tenderizer /flame control)
- 1 12 oz can of beer (Don't worry this will burn off)
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- Rest of the bottle fill with water & poke hole in top of bottle.
Use this for keeping your BBQ moist & tenderized. Also, can be used if you kick up flames due to your heat being too high. Happy Grilling Folks!! Be safe out there & Eat good :)
#charcoalgrilling is great for that extra smoky flavor infused, especially with all the options like #woodchips. Btw, skip the lighter fluid...no one needs those added chemicals. #summergrilling #4thofjuly

I never believed that my charcoal would light without lighter fluid, but I am going to try this method the very next time that I fire up the grill ✌🏾🔥

@@bntsrecipes It turned out great. I jerked some chicken, and I smoked some ribs, but I accidentally dried out the hamburgers by leaving them on there a little too long, but thanks for the tips, as they were really really helpful ✌🏾

If you taste lighter fluid in your food you put your food on way too soon. The fire will kill that odor

Try a charcoal chimney. Its easy and no lighter fluid. (Try some cooking oil on paper towels or newspaper to ignite the coals in the chimney)

Use tumble weed to light chocoal

Ya know @raysingley7069, we love the simplicity of this one, as that was the whole concept behind this! Especially since we have so many of them here in the Southwest. 🏜️

The correct way is to use a chimney on top of the grill. I personally use tumbleweeds.

We're just keeping it simple for the non-chimney users. But thanks for the feedback! And tumbleweeds are definitely great🔥igniters.

How do you find that grill for setting the heat etc my grill doesn’t appear to have a grill for the charcoal should it
@bntsrecipes
@bntsrecipes 17 дней назад
@seanmorissette5765 This particular grill has no heat setting at all, that's why everything is based on the burning of the coals and the controlling of your vents. If both vents are fully open, you get higher heat. If you have the vents halfway open, you'll have a lower heat. And as someone else mentioned, if the vents are fully closed then it'll kill your fire.
