Hi! Is there any sort of protective style I can use to maintain the waves while I work out? I’m getting back on my fitness journey and I want to work out daily, but can’t wash my hair everyday 😅 especially since it’s colored in a very strong vintage red. Can I find a setting lotion in stores?

I finally decided to make the switch to night rollers in order to avoid heat damaging tools. I have long fine hair and cannot wait to try your tuto next time I wash my hair. One question tho: do you just go to sleep normally after setting your hair or sleeping with a turban/net can help keeping the style crisp for another day? A video on "going to bed after day 1 of beautiful overnight set hair" and restyling the following morning maybe? 0:-) I love having gorgeous hair after the wash, but a few days of style with minimum touches (no heat or excessive washes) would be heaven

One more, how can you sleep with rollers? 🤣🤣🤣
