Okay now, I'd recognize that gorgeous grin anywhere. Didn't you have a video up of Kayla doing the sword dance when she was 5 or 6? (I thought she was wearing green but it definitely could have been blue) I was so impressed with her straight back and her forceful stepping. It was totally amazing. I thought I'd saved it to my favourites, but there are a few deleted vids so maybe hers is one of them. I might have the wrong girl, but I can't believe there are two of those smiling faces.
Hi. I am doing exams and one question I will be asked is “how many jumps are in the lilt” I have tried researching on the internet but can’t find anything.. I have tried counting on the video but I keep loosing track. Does somebody know? Or know a video with the answer?
When I was around this girls age we were taught dancing and for many years after I could still dance the Gay Gordons and Strip the Willow (I think it was called) but unfortunately it was a long time ago. We never had a piper but used recorded music on vinyl. This was in primary school. Back then the girls hands were not allowed to go above their heads, only the boys.
